Shipping of our Creams


Though we do our best to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition, some are not able to handle the heat during shipping. During the summer months (usually May through August), we ship all creams (body cream, moisturizer and baby cream) in an insulated envelope with an ice pack. However, if you live in a state far from Iowa, there is still a possibility that the creams will arrive in a liquid state. Because of this, these three products are NOT covered under our 30 day guarantee (see below). On the product pages, please see our recommendation of what product to use in place of the specific cream. Thank you for understanding.


Discounted/Free shipping details


To qualify for the $5 shipping or free shipping, your order total must be $50/$125 before any applicable taxes are applied.

Jenuinely Pure will choose the method of delivery (USPS or UPS). If you require an expedited shipping method, you may still select these methods for an additional charge based on your order and location.

Discounted/Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S states.

(Canadian customers - due to the increase in shipping costs, we are no longer able to offer our discounted/free shipping rates to Canada. We apologize for this change.)


Local Pickup

We offer a“local pickup” option for our customers. This option will be listed with the other “shipping methods” during the checkout process. Orders will be available for pickup the following business day after the order is placed. You will be contacted via email or phone once your order is placed to coordinate pickup and payment. The location of pickup is a few miles NE of Ames (between Ames and Nevada). We realize this is not the most convenient location and are hoping to have our products available in retail outlets in the near future. Of course, you are always welcome to have it shipped right to your door for added convenience!
 

Shipping

At this time, we ship via UPS and USPS within the United States and to select international countries. We do offer shipping internationally - if you do not see your country listed as a shipping option, please contact us and we will do our best to add it. A shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

*We do our best to make sure your products arrive in the best possible condition. For that reason, orders that include body cream, baby cream and moisturizer, will only be shipped on certain days of the week during the summer. This will prevent them from sitting in the shipping company's hot warehouse over the weekend. If you would like us to ship it right away, please let us know in the comments section during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days in most cases (please see above comment in the "shipping" section).
 

Custom Batches/order

If you have skin allergies/sensitivities to specific oils or ingredients, we would love to work with you to provide you with a product that meets your needs. A minimum order amount or extra fee may apply depending on the product. Please email jenny@jenuinelypure.com and we’ll do our best to help.
 

Returns Policy

We want you to buy with confidence – any item* may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*Our Body Cream, Moisturizer and Baby Cream are exempt if the reason for the return is due to melting during shipping. See details at the top of this page under, "Shipping of our Creams".
